Please try these troubleshooting tips that might help you with your issue:
1. head over to your WP-admin dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and click save without changing any settings. This should be able to update the permalinks on the sitemap.
2. If the issue persists, please try disabling the sitemap module in WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard and then re-enable it.
You can also go ahead and purge your site cache as well after doing each of these tips.
With that said, you should always exclude the Sitemap URLs from being cached and here is a guide we have on the topic:
