Could you please do the following:
1. Head over to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks
Hit the save button once.
2. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings
hit the save button once.
That should fix the issue.
If it doesn’t, please do let us know so we can look at this further.

1. I’m getting the following error message “https://XXXXX.com/category-sitemap.xml” -> The page can’t be found.
2. I have done all the steps above, but i’m getting this error message again.

Thanks for getting in touch with us.
1. Please ensure you have at least one category with at least one post published inside.
2. Please ensure your category archives are indexable. You can check from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Categories.
If there is at least one indexable category that has at least 1 published post – that is when the category sitemap will show up.
