    Rank Math free

    Hi dear Support,I have created more than 2500 pages for my website and I need to index them quickly so I need to update my sitemap. What is your suggestion about this? I know that with Yoast there this function:

    /* Limit the number of sitemap entries for Yoast SEO */

    function max_entries_per_sitemap() {

    return 200; }

    add_filter( ‘wpseo_sitemap_entries_per_page’, ‘max_entries_per_sitemap’ );

    that limits you to send a maximum of 200 pages per day to avoid overloading Google, is there the same or similar thing for you?

    Thanks a lot

  • Hello,

    We apologize for the issue you are facing. In Rank Math, we recommend keeping a maximum of 200 links per sitemap to ensure better performance and avoid overloading your server. This is similar to what you mentioned for Yoast.

    You can configure this setting in the Rank Math plugin by navigating to Rank Math SEO → Sitemap Settings. Here, you can set the Links per Sitemap option to 200, which is our recommended setting. This helps search engines crawl your URLs more efficiently.

    If you have created more than 2500 pages, Rank Math will automatically split your sitemap into multiple pages, ensuring that each page adheres to this limit.

    For more detailed guidance on configuring sitemaps in Rank Math, you can refer to our documentation here.

    Thank you for raising this concern! If you have any further questions or need assistance with your specific site, please reply to this ticket and include your site URL so a human agent can assist you further.

    3 . Google tends to avoid indexing duplicate content. If your content closely resembles other content on your site or elsewhere on the web, this could be a problem. Ensure your content is unique and provides value.
