sitemap_index.xml is showing 0 discovered urls

Recently i shifted from Yoast to Rank Math. Then i re-submitted sitemap_index.xml in Search console and have waited for more than a week. After a week, GSC stills says Total Discovered URLs is 0.
Also my sitemap.xml redirects to Homepage.
I have more than 2500 articles on my site.

1. https://cashbackbeta.in/sitemap.xml this redirects to homepage of my site.
2. https://cashbackbeta.in/sitemap_index.xml

Help me out!

I checked your sitemap and it seems to be working fine. The issue with the redirection at sitemap.xml shouldn’t cause any negative impact on your SEO as you’ve submitted sitemap_index.xml on GSC. If you want your sitemap.xml to be redirected to sitemap_index.xml, you can simply set a 301 redirection to achieve that.

However, the Discovered URLs 0 that you see in Google Search Console just means that the URLs in the sitemap were already found by Googlebot by other means, instead of via the sitemap. For example, Googlebot may have found the URLs from internal links or possibly from links on another site.
