The issue is coming from the Пресловљавање plugin. This plugin converts the HTML code to the actual symbols in the page source of the sitemap stylesheet, and that’s why the sitemap isn’t loading. Please get in touch with their support and ask them to exclude the sitemap files to fix the issue.
