Can you please confirm if you face any sitemap error on your Google Search Console? If so, you can share a screenshot with us by using any image-sharing tool like https://imgur.com/upload so that we can check this further for you.
Meanwhile, for initial troubleshooting, you can try to follow the steps below and see if that works for you:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

Once done, clear your website cache, remove all the submitted sitemap, and resubmit only the /sitemap_index.xml in the Search Console.

Can you please share with us the affected URL that is having no sitemap as the referer?
Please note that sometimes, if the post or page are indexing on the SERP but without a sitemap referer, it is completely fine. This indicates that the post/page was discovered by Google via internal links in your website. The sitemap is just a backup crawling mechanism.
