Sitemap XML 404 Error

    Hello –

    I tried looking through the knowledge base but can’t seem to resolve this issue.

    When I’m using any 3rd party XML Sitemap plugin, the sitemap on our site works fine.

    However, when I use the RankMath Sitemap (and disable the other), I just get a 404 error.

    I tried re-save the permalinks but no luck.

    Any thoughts what could be causing this?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    Please enable the Rank Math sitemap module and exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

    Once done, clear the website cache and check the sitemap.

    That should fix the issue. Please let me know if that does not. We are here to assist.

    Hello,

    I’ve the completed the above and cleared cache, but still having a 404 issue: https://www.hireimage.com/sitemap_index.xml

    Any thoughts?
