Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Could you share (in the Sensitive Data section) the URL of your site so we can check it and try to determine the cause of your issue?

Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Your sitemap seems to be cached by W3Totalcache, check the screenshot I have added in the sensitive section. Please add your sitemap URLs to never be cached then do the following:
1. Head over to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks
Hit the save button once.
2. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings
Hit the save button once.
3. Head to your domain in GSC and remove all submitted sitemaps. Resubmit only the main index sitemap(sitemap_indexxml) and give it sometime to crawl.
That should fix the issue.
If it doesnβt, please do let us know so we can look at this further.
I have done all the things that you have suggested. But it is not fixed. And I have submitted the sitemap on 25 Sep but it is showing the current date you can see it in the image.

Hello,
The screenshot you shared shows 19 URLs discovered from your site which is exactly the number of URLs in your sitemap.
You however seem to have switched to Yoast, please let us know if you want us to look into this further.
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

Hello,

Thank you.
I had deleted this folder from the file manager. Is this folder affects a sitemap? And maybe the main reason for all the problems.
See the image.
Hello,
It is likely. Could you please reinstall the plugin and confirm the folder is recreated. If it is, please go through the previously suggested troubleshooting steps then go to your domain in GSC and remove all submitted sitemaps. Resubmit only the main index sitemap(sitemap_index.xml) and give it sometime to crawl.
Let us know if the issue is resolved by this.
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

I have done all the things. The problem is not fixed. What should I do now?
Hello,
Were you facing the same issue when you had enabled Yoast on your site? If so, it is likely a site related issue.
If not, then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
I have submitted all the login credentials you asked for. Please have a look at my blog and please provide me the solution.
Hello,
I checked your site and you seem cache enabled on your site. I added sitemap URLs to be excluded from caching in Settings > Breeze > Advanced
Please try resubmitting the sitemap URL on your GSC and let us know this resolves your issue.
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
