Can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

Thanks, it works but now the homepage URL is not showing in the sitemap generated by rank math, What I can do.

Also, I just want to ask if you tried a hard refresh in your browser yet? Because this could be like a cache issue.
You can do a hard refresh by using this:
Windows: Ctrl + F5
Mac/Apple: Apple + R or command + R
Linux: F5
