I checked your sitemap, it is returning a 404 error.
Please follow these steps:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
Once done, clear the website cache, remove the sitemaps from the Search Console and add sitemap_index.xml again.
Here is an article on how you can submit the sitemap:

Then wait for Google to recrawl the website and the sitemap and index the pages.

Hello Abdullah, thank you for the answer, after Flushing the sitemap cache it is now updated, one question, should I leave it at 201 or use this method when I need to flush the sitemap cache and after that revert back to 200?
