Could you please share the error that is reported in the Search Console? You can share a screenshot using https://imgbb.com/.
You can try resubmitting the sitemap after excluding it from caching by following this guide:

Once done, clear your website cache, remove the sitemaps from the Search Console and add only sitemap_index.xml.

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server.

These are instructions i was given, i don’t know to do this and would want you to please help me out because i don’t want my site traffic to be affected in anyway

I’ve checked your site, and the include post_tag-sitemap option is disabled upon checking in Rank Math > Sitemap Settings > Tags. Also, I’ve excluded your sitemaps from being cached in WP Rocket.
You can now access your tag sitemaps and let us know if the issue still persists.

i just removed the rss sitemap showing error on my google console and added it back yet it is still showing error

Thank you for the screenshot, it was helpful.
the sitemap.rss file doesn’t seem to exist ou your website, and the sitemap_index.xml is preferable to an rss file, so you can ignore the error for sitemap.rss.
Please confirm you have submitted your sitemap_index.xml to Google Search console. If not you can follow our handy guide to do so: How to submit a sitemap to Google Search Console
Once your sitemap_index.xml is crawled, all other sitemap errors should go away.
