Please ensure that your sitemap is not heavily cached. Having updated sitemap and not having it always in cached version will help Google discover new content from your website right away.
Please follow these steps below:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

3. After that, remove all your sitemaps from your GSC and resubmit only the primary sitemap (sitemap_index.xml).

I can check that all the versions of your sitemap are returning a 200 status.
Only one of the 4 variations should show a 200 status code, in your case HTTTPs non-WWW version. The 3 remaining ones should show 301. Please follow this guide to redirect the sitemap to the correct version: https://rankmath.com/kb/couldnt-fetch-error-google-search-console/#num-5-4-redirect-all-three-other-versions-to-your-preferred-variation
Once done, remove all your sitemaps from your GSC and resubmit only the primary sitemap (sitemap_index.xml).
