Please follow these instructions if you’re experiencing the Couldn’t Fetch issue for your sitemaps.
1. Follow this video screencast to clear the Sitemap cache:

2. In your caching plugin, exclude the Rank Math plugin’s Sitemap files. The cache could be accessed using a plugin or directly from the server. Please see this article for more information on plugins and Cloud flare: https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
3. Clear your website’s cache and remove all the sitemaps from your Google Search Console account and submit only the main sitemap (sitemap_index.xml).
Allow enough time for Google to crawl your website and update the modifications.
