My sitemap has stopped reading since 11th February and some pages not indexing.

I checked your sitemap index page and it is returning blank on my end. This could be the cause of the issue.
Please make sure that your sitemap is not heavily cached. You may follow these steps:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/If the issue persists, please conduct a plugin/theme conflict test and see if there are plugins or your current theme causing the blank page.
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

As you are using WP Rocket, please hover on the WP Rocket label on the top bar in your WordPress dashboard and click on clear cache.
Alternatively, you can head over to the WP Rocket dashboard and click on the clear cache button.
