Please check your website’s root folder for any sitemap files as Rank Math’s sitemap is generated virtually. You can get in touch with your web host for assistance.
If there isn’t any sitemap file, please follow these steps for initial troubleshooting:
1. Ensure you’re using the latest version of your plugins/theme including the Rank Math plugin.
2. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

3. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server:

1. using the new version of rank plugin. also updated litespeed cache
2. flushed
3. added the no-cache rule in the htaccess file
now: before I exclude sitemap from litespeed cache, i need your opinion on this.
https://sacredheartgirlshighschool.com/sitemap.xml – the sitemap from root folder still shows the spammy links with http protocol. Recently I’ve enabled https to the website.
I generated this sitemap from xml site and the links are indexed perfectly.

I uploaded this xml file to the root folder, but, still it shows the spammy links https://sacredheartgirlshighschool.com/sitemap.xml

It’s likely that you have been affected by some malware on your website and you’ll need to do a thorough check of the security of your website to find the problems and correct them.
