1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
Once done, clear your website cache and check the sitemap.

I’ve checked your site, and it seems that you’re using the NitroPack plugin.
There is a known issue with the latest version of Nitropack where the sitemap is showing a white page, and they are already working on resolving this.
In this case, please try rolling back to version 1.5.12 of Nitropack to fix the issue.

You can use the WP Rollback plugin to rollback to the previous version:

Please create a complete backup of your WordPress files and database prior to performing a rollback.
