Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Could you please do the following:
1. Please check that you have posts/pages set to index. You should also ensure that your posts/pages are not set to noindex in Rank math > Titles & Meta
2. Next you should check that you have enabled posts/pages sitemaps in Rank math > Sitemap Settings > Pages/Posts
3.If you have any caching plugin, please exclude your sitemap URLs from being cached
4. Finally head over to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks, hit the save button once then go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Setting and save the settings once more.
That should fix the issue.
