Hello,
Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Sorry for the issue you are facing.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it could be a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Please let us know if you find the culprit.
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hi, I went through the plugin conflict exercise. This did not fix it. Any other ideas?
Hello,
I checked and I was able to replicate your issue in your server. Are you using any server-side cache? If yes, could you clear it and re-save the WordPress permalinks, after that check if the sitemaps are working?
Looking forward to help you.
Yes, we are using Siteground. I went in and purged cache, still no luck
Hello,
Could you share some FTP details so we can access there and enable the debug mode to check the logs and try to determine the cause of the issue?
Looking forward to help you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
The issue was way easier than we thought, it was you had just disabled to sitemap generation for posts, pages, categories, and so on… So the sitemap was not able to generate since there was no content to add.
I just enabled them and everything is working now, could you check it?
Looking forward to help you.
