When it comes to submitting your sitemap to Google, you only need to submit the main sitemap index URL, which in your case is **https://rankmath.com/blog/internal-linking/. This sitemap index file will automatically include all the individual sitemaps generated by Rank Math, including the Footer sitemap and Help article sitemap.
You do not need to submit the individual sitemaps separately; submitting the sitemap index is sufficient as it allows Google to discover all the included sitemaps.

Hello,
We checked your footer pages and looks like they don’t have much SEO value. In this case, if you don’t want to index them on Google, you can set the footer post types to Noindex from Rank Math Titles & Meta.
After that, Rank Math will automatically remove the footer pages from your sitemap.
