Upon checking your sitemap page, it seems to be loading just fine with the URLs of your content being listed there.
The Discovered URLs 0 that you see in Google Search Console just means that the URLs in the sitemap were already found by Googlebot by other means, instead of via the sitemap. For example, Googlebot may have found the URLs from internal links or possibly from links on another site.
Kindly wait for Google to fully crawl your sitemap and let us know if this resolves the issue. You may give it a couple of days or a week.
As for the canonical issue, please share the affected post or page URL so we can take a closer look at it.

For the problem it seems to have been resolved, even if the general sitemap link doesn’t work, so I had to insert one url at a time.

Sometimes, Google may delay the crawling of your sitemap and if you see all your content has already been indexed, then Google most likely discovered those pages within your website’s internal links.

You should notice that the sitemap was successfully found by Google and Google is able to reach its content, however, it hasn’t discovered URLs yet since Google decides to crawl the URLs of your posts by other means as we already mentioned here.
This could be due to the exhaustion of the crawling budget Google has given to your website.
