Can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server.
That should fix the issue. Please let me know if that does not. We are here to assist.

As of now it method worked only 1 step is required in my case. I’ve checked cache plugin but it’s not caching sitemap.
As this issue is intermittent so I’ll check again in a few days.

If this was resolved by clearing your cache, it is likely the sitemap are being cached. To exclude them, you can add the sitemap URLs to the exclusion/never cache list.
