sitemap page is not working 500 error

I have used 300 posts per site map, but sometimes sitemap page not loading properly, showing the page not working 500 error, facing this issue with the new version of the rank math plugin,

so I have rollback to the previous version, now it’s working fine, plz fixed the issue in the latest version.
