It seems like there is a server-side cache that is causing the issue with your sitemap. I have added the filter given below in your theme’s functions.php file to make sure your sitemap is excluded from caching:

add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');

I have checked your sitemap – https://www.fastgyan.com/sitemap_index.xml and it is working fine now.
I have checked your previous ticket and I can see that my colleagues added this code to your website previously.
However, it might be possible that you have switched your active theme on the site or the theme author might have released an update that removed the code which is why the sitemap was not working properly.
Since we’ve added the code now, there shouldn’t be any issues with the sitemap going further.

You can add the code using the Code Snippets plugin so that any theme change/update doesn’t remove the code from your site.

Please exclude the sitemaps from caching in Cloudflare by following this guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/#cloudflare
Then, purge the cache from Cloudflare, clear the website cache and resubmit the sitemap in the Search Console.

You can share the URL my colleague provided to your hosting provider as they are in a better position to apply the rules to further exclude your sitemap file from getting cached by Cloudflare.
