sitemap not working properly

    Hey Guys,

    We manage sitemap through rankmath and I also have the paid extension for my other website- tarotwithlavanya.com

    however, for pulsefit.club – our sitemap has not been uploading properly
    the main sitemap – /sitemap_index.xml includes page and category but not posts – moreover, we are trying to upload posts manually through gsc but our traffic has since then been dying

    can you please help us point to the right direction
