    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Please head over to WordPress settings > General and resave the site title.

Once done, flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
    https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp

If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I’ve logged into your site and after going through a few troubleshooting steps, I found your sitemap was basically cached by the RunCloud Hub plugin. After clearing the cache from there, your sitemap is now working and showing the updated one.

Here’s a screenshot for your reference:

    sitemap

For your convenience, I’ve set exclusion to the path of the sitemap URL on RunCloud Hub, so that your sitemap never gets cached again.

Hope that helps, and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Thank you.

Ya its showing but can you try to open any post sitemap link like https://bharatkasach.com/post-sitemap1.xml its still showing main page.

    Hello,

I can see that the child sitemaps of your site are opening if you’re adding a trailing slash on that URL, such as https://bharatkasach.com/post-sitemap1.xml/

Also, the XSL file have a 301 redirection from https://bharatkasach.com/main-sitemap.xsl to https://bharatkasach.com/main-sitemap.xsl/. The difference is only a trailing slash (/) here.

Currently your permalink structure seems to be containing trailing slash. Can you please try changing the current permalink structure of your site by removing the trailing slash under WordPress > Settings > Permalinks? Once done, please try clearing cache on RunCloud Hub and see if the issue is resolved.

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

https://prnt.sc/zB9xcRt3pk5w sometime when I refresh the cache its showing a blank page with error

    Hello,

I’ve checked for the redirection on main-sitemap.xsl again and likely the redirection isn’t taking place anymore after chaning the permalink structure. However, I can see that the /?xsl=main is currently rewriting to main-sitemap.xsl/ instead of /main-sitemap.xsl .

So the issues are basically that /?xsl=main should be rewritten to /main-sitemap.xsl (the rewrite pattern looks like this: '/([a-z]+)?-?sitemap\.xsl$/' => '?xsl=$1').

These issues are most likely related to your server configuration. So, I suggest you to get in touch with your hosting provider regarding this issue.

Once done, the issue should be fixed.

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

The Discovered URLs 0 that you see in Google Search Console just means that the URLs in the sitemap were already found by Googlebot by other means, instead of via the sitemap. For example, Googlebot may have found the URLs from internal links or possibly from links on another site.

    Hope this helps.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

we have new articles every day like 10 to 15, when I check there are lots of articles which is not indexed yet.

I’m using rank math for the last 3 to 4 years on all sites, I have 4 to 5 sites with the same configuration all are working fine. sitemaps perfectly fetching on the google search console, this is the first time I face this kind of issue.

    Hello,

It shows NA if the URL is not found through the sitemaps but by some other means. You can try submitting ?sitemap=1 instead of the sitemap_index.xml and see if that helps.

You can refer to this article for more information:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/couldnt-fetch-error-google-search-console/#num-6-rename-the-sitemap-file

Please note that crawling and indexing of the website depend on the authority and crawl budget of the website.

It is completely up to Google if they want to index or not index your website. So, if you haven’t willingly or accidentally made your posts noindex and Google still isn’t indexing your posts – it means that either Google doesn’t want to index or hasn’t crawled your posts yet because it hasn’t allocated that much crawl budget to your website.

Please check this website for more details.

    Hope this helps.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
