I can confirm that your sitemaps are throwing 404. This is might be due to caching issues.
Can you please clear your website cache and see if this resolves the issue? You may also check this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
If that doesn’t help, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

Thanks for the quick response.
I did follow all your instruction but still couldn’t get it resolved.
We have checked that there is no plugin in the site that store the cache. Apart from that we have added the clear cache code into .HTACCESS file. See the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/tJ2-H93UGtb8.
Still the sitemap is not showing in the browser.
