Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Please head over to your WP-admin dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and click save without changing any settings. This should be able to update the permalinks on the sitemap. You can also go ahead and purge your site cache to fix this.

Please check if this is a cache related issue.
If not, please try disabling the sitemap module in WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard and then re-enable it.
That should get rid of the issue.
