Sitemap not updating and also breadcrumbs

    We seem to be having some issues issues with
    1. The sitemap update both in search console not being able to update for all websites hosted our our server which are running the rank math plugin. Could there be anything we need to do on server to ensure the sitemaps syncs.
    2. We have disabled breadcrumbs because it was causing issues but when we check on serach console we still see some breadcrumb being reported.Is there anything we can do to confirm how it is still working and we did deactivate it long time ago.

    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

    have resolved for two websites but for newszetu.com the .htaccess is locked for editing through rankmath. What can we do to open it. Instead of the warning we are seeing this message.
    .htaccess file is not writable.

    This permission on the file might be getting overwritten by the hosting provider so you need to get in touch with them and ask them to make the file writable for you.
