We are using Rank Math SEO plugin (Free Version 1.0.77.1)
Recently we have updated URLs of pages and posts for our site. The URLs are getting updated in https://www.upperinc.com/page-sitemap.xml but it’s not getting updated in https://www.upperinc.com/post-sitemap.xmlURLs currently showing

https://www.upperinc.com/just-in-time-delivery/
https://www.upperinc.com/routing-software-for-small-business/Actual URLs are

https://www.upperinc.com/blog/best-delivery-route-planner-app/We have perform this steps showing here: https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/, Which is suggested by Bhanu over the email.
Steps we have follow:
– We have added sitemap URLs in the Never cache URLs in wp-rocket, Reference screenshot: https://prnt.sc/26d2enb & also cleared wp-rocket cache.
– We have cleared cache from cloudflare, browser and nginxStill the issue persist. Can you please look into this and resolve this issue.
