Hello,
Thanks for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPressFTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello
I updated the login details to the first post.
Hello,
Thanks for getting back.
It seems like the login details that you have shared aren’t working. Either the username or password is incorrect. Please check and provide the working details so we can assist you further.
We really look forward to helping you.

Hmm, that’s strange. I tried myself with these login details and was successful.
Hello,
Thanks for getting back.
Yes, the login details are working fine now. But the user you have created for us doesn’t have admin-level access. I can’t even access all the options of Rank Math. Please provide admin-level access to the user so we can check further.
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
Thanks for getting back.
I flushed the cache of your sitemap and the posts are now being shown in the sitemap. Please check and confirm. It could be that your sitemap was being cached by the server-side cache as I can check that it has been correctly excluded from being cached by WP Rocket.
Hope this helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance.
Thank you. Seems to be fine now. For future: could you give me instructions on how to flush the cache of the sitemap?
Hello,
Glad that helped.
You can navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings and change the number of links per sitemap and save the settings. This will flush the cache and update your sitemap. You can also check with your host if there is some server-side caching that is caching your sitemap.
Please feel free to reach out to us again in case you need any other assistance.
We are here to help.
Thank you.
Hello,
