I’ve checked your sitemap, and it seems that it is still heavily cached by W3 Total Cache. You can see it on the bottom part of your sitemap in the screenshot attached in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please follow the steps in this link to exclude your sitemap from being cached by W3 Total cache:

I adjusted your cache settings then flushed your sitemap cache by changing the number of links per sitemap to 200 which currently updated just fine, here is a screencast: https://i.rankmath.com/BgxOlY
Would you please check this from your end to confirm? Use a different browser or an incognito browser to avoid browser caching.
