Are you using any cache plugin? If you do, you should exclude from caching your sitemaps.
In your case you should exclude:
main-sitemap.xsl
sitemap_index.xml
author-sitemap.xml
category-sitemap.xml
page-sitemap.xml
post-sitemap.xml

Then I guess we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

I cleared your cache then on your sitemap settings, I changed the Link per sitemap to 201 to which seems to have fixed the issue. Please check your sitemap in a private browser and confirm this. I have also added a screencast of the same in the sensitive section.
