Check Post Indexing Settings: Verify that the posts you mentioned are set to index. You can do this by going to Rank Math SEO → Titles & Meta and enabling the Index checkbox for those posts.

In the site map there is a lot of old links for example on product categories which is old and doest exist

I can check that you are using WPML on your site. Please confirm if you recently removed the English language from the site. The translated versions of the categories are still in the database, and that’s why they are included in the sitemap. You should check with WPML’s support to remove all the data for the removed language from the database to fix the issue.

WPML is more like 3 month inactive , and the sites was yesterday for example not include there was coming today and caches from wpml is clean because i was delet caches and cookies

If you want to remove both the languages you are not using and everything related to WPML from your site, you need to do a WPML reset. See this page about deleting WPML data and doing a WPML reset for more details.
