2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

I can check that your page sitemap has 258 URLs and the post sitemap has 23 URLs.
Can you please confirm if that is the situation on your site where you have 258 pages and 23 posts?
If you have more than 23 posts then please share some of the URLs that are not included in the sitemap.

Please follow all the steps for the migration from All in One SEO to Rank Math SEO and then follow the steps mentioned by my colleague here.
