The sitemap is created automatically when you enable the sitemap module in the Rank Math dashboard.
If you are seeing any errors with the sitemap, please share a screenshot of the error.
You can also record a screencast of the issue using https://www.loom.com/ and share the link with us.
You can follow the below steps and see if that fixes the issue:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

The error on your sitemap page suggests there must be some white spaces before the XML Sitemap’s source code.
