Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
I have added the following cache exceptions to WP Rocket:
/(.*)sitemap(.*).xml
/(.*)sitemap.xsl
After that, you should clear the WP Rocket cache and resave your permalinks. Also, your site seems to take a lot from your server to answer (not sure if due to not being in the same country as your server or just a server issue, but you should take a look into it).
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
I clear WP Rocket resave permalinks and still not working
Hello,
Your sitemap still seem to be served from cache. Please check the screenshot I have added in the sensitive section. It seems to be related to cloudfare. Please confirm you have added the necessary rules to ensure your sitemaps are not being cached.
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
I still not see it, already told you rules is set.
Update screenshot
Hello,
I checked and you have (as my colleague said) Cloudflare caching the sitemaps.
Please follow this guide to exclude from caching these URLs:
https://yoursite.com/*-sitemap.xml
https://yoursite.com/*-sitemap.xsl
https://yoursite.com/sitemap_index.xml
Looking forward to help you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
A;ready told you is not that is not third party if not your plugin.
You can try clean cache via WP Rocket, local and CF cache and you will see not change anything.
Cache not will throw 404 error if not sitemap not update.
Update screenshot.

It seems like an issue with your site. I checked in FireFox.
Please follow this troubleshooting guide to fix the issue:

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
So, in the end you not know about your own software?
Your link not apply in anyway about my problem, throw me error 404 your sitemap so, in first place not my problem or my site, your software not generate xml links.
Hello,
The error is not originating from the Rank Math plugin but from incorrect coding used either in your theme, wp-config file, or some third-party plugin.
That’s why we linked to a troubleshooting guide.
If you want to test, you can revert to the default WordPress theme and disable all the plugins, your Sitemap file will load.
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
Still not working same error.
I disable all plugins and default theme and still give me same issue.
Hello
Please create a staging site so we can debug it for you or if you allow us to shift to the default theme, please let us know.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
