I checked your site and it seems there’s no post/pages there. Since, there’s nothing on your site, Rank Math is unable to generate sitemap on the fly with no content.
As your site is still new, I suggest you to have some posts/pages in order to generate sitemap on your site.
Once done, remove and re-submit your sitemap on GSC to see if that works for you.
