I’ve checked your sitemap which is loading and validating properly.
However, I checked the sitemap URLs with https://httpstatus.io/, and two variations of the sitemap are returning 200 status as you can see in my screenshot below:

Please follow this guide and redirect to a final variation:
https://rankmath.com/kb/couldnt-fetch-error-google-search-console/#num-5-4-redirect-all-three-other-versions-to-your-preferred-variation
Once done, clear your website cache and try submitting your main sitemap to your Google Search Console again. Then wait for Google to recrawl the sitemap. See if this resolves the issue.

I have tried the above steps and clear cache but still showing same issue.

I tested further with the tool mentioned by my colleague and the sitemaps seem to be getting cached, likely by Cloudflare. Here’s a screenshot for a quick reference: https://i.rankmath.com/rMQiPP
Please follow this guide to exclude the sitemaps from getting cached in Cloudflare: https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/#cloudflare
You can follow the above guide to exclude the sitemaps from any caching plugins as well.
Then, please flush the sitemap’s cache by following this video screencast: https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp
And clear your website’s cache and remove all the sitemaps from your Google Search Console account, and then submit only the main sitemap: /sitemap_index.xml
Further, give Google some time to crawl your website again and see if that helps.
