You can also follow these steps and see if that fixes the issue:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

Hello,
I checked your sitemap pages and it seems to be loading fine in my browser. I also submitted them to a Sitemap XML validator and it also returns no error. Please see the screenshot below:

The “Couldn’t Fetch” sitemap error is, in most cases, simply due to a bug in the Google Search Console.
