    Rank Math free

    Hi everyone,

We have Rank Math Pro for this specific domain. However, I no longer know the login details for the account on which the subscription runs. Can you help me with this?

But what I actually wanted to ask:

since 02.07.2024 our newly published articles no longer appear in the sitemap.
We have already checked the following things:
    1) Cache
    2) Checked whether the posts are set to “index”
    3) Sitemap settings checked
    4) Robots.txt file checked

Thanks in advance and best Regards
    Joey!

  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with your sitemap not accepting newly published posts. Thank you for raising this concern.

Since you’ve already checked the cache, index settings, sitemap settings, and the robots.txt file, here are a few additional steps you can take:

    1. Check the News Sitemap Settings: If you are using the News Sitemap feature, ensure that your posts are published within the last 2 days, as only those are included in the News Sitemap according to Google’s News Sitemap Guidelines.

    2. Resubmit Your Sitemap: After making sure everything is set correctly, try resubmitting your sitemap in Google Search Console. You can follow the instructions in this tutorial.

    3. Check for Errors: Look for any errors in the Google Search Console that might indicate why the posts are not being indexed.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to helping you resolve this issue!
