Could you please let me know if you are changing the canonical on these 2 URLs?
If yes, then this could be one of the reasons why the 2 URLs are not showing in the sitemap as Rank Math only add those URLs to the sitemap which has the default canonical.
If you’re not changing the default canonical, could you please try the troubleshooting steps mentioned below?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
If the issue still persists, please share the URLs that are not being added to the sitemap so that we can investigate this further.
