    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

I have flushed the sitemap cache on your website, the sitemap is now working fine.

Please remove the sitemap from the Search Console and add it again.

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you.

    Hi

i try to remove and add it again in search console.

    It is showing this error.

    >> Your Sitemap appears to be an HTML page. Please use a supported sitemap format instead.

    Hello,

I checked the affected sitemap page and it seems to be working just fine.

Can you please try clearing any server-level caching services and check again?

You may also follow this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

After that, remove all your sitemap pages from the Google Search Console and re-submit only the primary sitemap (https://yourdomain.com/sitemap_index.xml).

Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.

tried..can’t seem to work. It is now showing 0 for discovered URLs.

    Hello,

The Discovered URLs 0 that you see in Google Search Console just means that the URLs in the sitemap were already found by Googlebot by other means, instead of via the sitemap. For example, Googlebot may have found the URLs from internal links or possibly from links on another site.

Crawling and indexing of the website depends on the authority and crawl budget of the website.

It is completely upto Google if they want to index or not index your website. So, if you haven’t willingly or accidentally made your post noindex and Google still isn’t indexing your post – it means that either Google doesn’t want to index or hasn’t crawled your post yet because it hasn’t allocated that much crawl budget to your website.

    Hope that helps.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

    Hello,

Since your sitemap_index.xml file is not being detected correctly, you can submit the post-sitemap.xml and page-sitemap.xml files to your GSC. After a while Google should start detecting the default sitemap_index.xml

Regarding the instant indexing API, it is possible that your website may have been blocked during the time it was hacked. Please try setting up instant indexing again on your website with a new API key.

Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have questions.

    hi

i tried to setup again the instant indexing API but its not working.

Same goes for the sitemap..this is the first time it is showing O URLs.

Possible if i share you my access and you can try it out?

    Hello,

I logged in to your website and checked the settings.

Instant Indexing is working fine on your website.
    working

For the sitemap, it is loading fine and all the URLs are included in the sitemap.

Could you please try to submit the post, page sitemap in the Search Console and see if that helps?

After submitting the sitemap, you need to wait for Google to crawl the sitemap.

Let us know how it goes.

We look forward to helping you.
