Where do the post tags set for the sitemap?

I have checked the updated sitemap and it looks like the post_tag-sitemap is included inside your sitemap. You can enable/disable the tag sitemap by heading over WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings > Taxonomies > Tags

2. Do I need to resubmit in GSC for post_tag-sitemap.xml. A few days ago I submitted but an error occurred (https://prnt.sc/13nkx2z). Or just leave it because if I open https://hobiternak.com/sitemap_index.xml the post_tag-sitemap.xml already exists.

Thank you for contacting Rank Math again.
The setting there is correct but you do not have to display the empty terms within your sitemap as they do not contain any posts.
You should resubmit the sitemap after getting updated. In case you encounter the error on: Your Sitemap appears to be an HTML page it could be meaning that some platform or plugin is still caching your sitemap page here.
Just make sure to exclude this from caching. Also, consult if this is being cached from your hosting end as well.
