The issue you were facing was likely due to sitemap caching. I have checked your sitemap and it appears fine from my end. Please check the screencast attached in the sensitive section.
We recommend that you should have your sitemap URLs excluded from caching by adding them to list of exclusions on your caching plugin.

Thanks much for your timely help. You are right & apologies for un-necessary alert. I have excluded sitemaps from caching & rankmath sitemaps are working perfectly now.
