Hello my my sitemap index xml is completely different and opens like below messages. Please help me to fix the issue.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

The WP admin login URL you shared is currently not active. Can you please re-enable it so we can access your WP dashboard and debug the issue further?
Also, we checked your index sitemap and it seems the sitemap is loading perfectly fine:
