You can delete the cache from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Search Console.

I do not believe that the issue is related to Rank Math, Google is having some trouble reading the contents of your sitemap. Please get in touch with your host so that they can help in clearing your site cache and bypassing the sitemap file.
You will then need to resubmit your sitemap to the search console and wait a couple of days to see some results.
