Thank you for contacting the support and we regret the inconvenience caused.
I logged into your website’s admin area and was able to replicate the issue. I excluded the sitemaps from your caching plugin and then after flushing the sitemaps cache, I saved the WordPress general settings and the issue was fixed. The sitemaps are now loading properly.
