Can you please head over to your Sitemap settings and check if the “URLs per sitemap” is set to below 1000?
Also, please make sure that your sitemap is not heavily cached. Please follow these steps:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

Solved. I increased the number of links per sitemap to 1000. After that, the whole articles then appear on my sitemap.
