Sitemap issue

  • Hello,

    I recognised in Search console, that my sitemap suddenly stopped working, I was getting a 404 error. Updated permalinks and Rankmath, but now I’m getting a blank page. I also disabled plugins, but the problem remained. Help me please. What should I do to get my sitemap back?

    thank you for the fast response. As I wrote before, I already disabled live all the plugins, and couldn’t find the plugin, which could cause this issue. I’ve been using RankMath for a month now and sitemap was okay till now. 🙁

    I see the issue on your site but I could not reproduce this issue on my setup. Can you please share your site’s FTP access in the Sensitive Data Section so we can enable the debug and check if any errors are logged in the debug.log file?

    I am only getting an empty root folder once logged in using my FTP client.

    Thank you for providing the FTP access but now I cannot log in to your site’s admin panel. It looks the temporary link is suspended ( please see the screenshot I added in the Sensitive Data Section ). Can you please regenerate the temporary login link and add in the Sensitive Data Section?
