Are you talking about the Search Console option in Rank Math or the actual Search Console on Google.com?
If you haven’t added sitemap_index.xml there, you should.
If you are talking about the one in Rank Math, you should update the cache at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Search Console
Then, hit the “refresh sitemaps” option at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Search Console > Sitemaps.
